(Super Easy) Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you have an item that needs to be returned, please request an RA number by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by processing a return request through your online account. Once an RA number has been issued please follow the instructions below to process your return.

We ask that the item(s) is in the original packaging and is suitable for resale. Returns are not accepted for parts that have been previously used or for shoes that have had cleats mounted to them.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns to be processed and inspected by our staff once they are shipped back to us.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will refund your money to you via the means originally used to purchase the item.
We are not able to issue a credit for the outbound shipping unless the return is due to an internal error on our part (you were shipped the wrong product…). Items shipped with free shipping promotions will be refunded less the actual cost of shipping and handling.
There are a few exceptions to our Super Easy Return Policy - bikes, wheels and cycling shoes may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
If you would like to complete an exchange for an item listed on our website please follow the instructions above to return the unwanted product and place an order for the desired product on our site. This will allow us to expedite the process and enable you to get your desired item quickly.
Warranties are covered only where the manufacturer offers a warranty program. Glory Cycles does not offer any item, component or full replacement for warranty unless the item, component or full replacement is covered by the manufacturer. Please check the manufacturer's website to see what their warranty covers. Glory Cycles only offers warranty service where items were purchased from Glory Cycles or if Glory Cycles chooses to assist with a warranty for a product of a manufacturer we offer on our website, at our discretion. Any shipping cost to get the warranty item sent back to Glory Cycles and / or the manufacturer, where the manufacturer doesn't offer this service, will be for the customers account. Where the product covered by a warranty is delivered by the manufacturer to Glory Cycles any shipping cost to ship the item to the customer shall be for the customers account. This is not included as part of free shipping, if the item purchased was originally shipped free of cost.
