When will my order ship?

General Order Processing Times:

  • Normal Processing times are seen below. Please note that unexpected delays can occur that result in a longer processing time. 
  • Groupsets: 5-7 business days
  • Small Parts: 3-10 business days
  • Wheelsets (ordered directly from site): 5-7 business days
  • Frames/Bikes (ordered directly from site): 2-3 weeks
  • Custom Bike Builds: 3-5 weeks 

Backorders:

If products have been backordered or become unavailable for an undetermined amount of time we will email you with an option to wait or cancel and refund the order. When the product/s become available it will automatically ship.

Please Note:

We can obtain, with exceptions, every item listed on this site. However, we make no representation that any item on this site is in-stock all the time. If you have questions about the availability of a certain product, please email us at cycling@glorycycles.com

Pricing Policy:

In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on our website may not be available in our store. The prices displayed on our website may not be the same as prices in our store.

Warranties:

In the case of a warranty shipping charges are not covered by the manufacturers and are billed to the customer. We will find you the best rate possible but are not responsible for shipping costs for warranty items.

Warranty items are different to "normal returns" in that we are a third party to the warranty transaction between our customers and the product´s manufacturer. Rest assured, we do our best to resolve all warranty issues as quickly and cost effectively as possible for our customers. We are always on your side and do our best to keep you happy with all your purchases from Glory. We stand behind our products and our customers!
