For both cross racing or gravel riding the BH RX Team Disc is a standout. It's a combination of light weight and stiffness that translates into a fantastic ride quality.
The RX Team Disc is not only a Disc brake bike, it has the ability to converted to cantilever brakes and 130mm rear spacing for those who have rim brake wheels and want to be able to use it as a road bike as well.
On top of it's versatility it is ride quality that set's the BH apart. On a close course cross race I have found it to corner like a beast, accelerate like a 15lb road bike and when you hike it it's a feather.
On gravel courses it's super compliant and sure on the downhills yet light and stiff going up. With a 27.2m shimmed post the BH smooths out the rough and accelerates when given the chance.
Shifting is all internal and the frame can accommodate electric or mechanical shifting. Braking is all external and the frame can manage cable or hydro. One huge plus for me on the cable management is zero rattles.
BB is a huge oversized BB386 EVO which is versatile and reliable and can run virtually any crank. The oversized BB makes for a super stiff bike out of the saddle so much in fact I think it trumps most good road frames.
The geometry has a long reach and low bottom bracket. I have not experienced much pedal strike at all and no toe overlap for me on my size Med (53.8 TT) size 44 shoes - 5'10 and a 110 stem
Sold as frameset only which we can do a variety of custom builds on
