Super Easy Return Policy:
We understand that your happiness when shopping with us is our success and that not every item you purchse is going to work for you. In light of this, we offer our customers a Super Easy Return Policy. You may return an unused item, for any reason, within 30-days of purchasing the item. Your credit card or paypal account will be credited within 14 days of receipt of the item. Items shipped with free shipping promotions will be refunded less the actual cost of shipping and handling. There is only one exception to our Super Easy Return Policy - custom built bikes and wheels are subject to a 30% restocking fee. 

Here is how it works:
1. Contact us via e-mail at, cycling@glorycycles.com we will respond within 12 hours with a RA number and instructions for your return

2. Box up your item; include in the box, all original item packaging and a copy of your RA number.

3. Address your return to:

4. Allow up to 14 business days for return processing. Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will refund your money to you via the means originally used to purchase the item, for example, credit card or PayPal. After we apply the refund to a credit card, it may take 24 to 48 hours to be seen electronically on the account. As for monthly paper statements, it can take up to one or two billing cycles before you see the refund printed in your statement. PayPal refunds are immediate.

More on Returns:
If you are concerned about your return being damaged or lost on its way back to us, please know, it is your responsibility to insure the "returned" package.

All clothing and shoe returns must be in a condition of never worn and with all tags still attached.

If you would, please include a reason for your return. We always have an "ear to the ground" on what makes customers happy or unhappy with the products we sell. Knowing why something didn’t work for you helps us in knowing which products work for our customers and products that don´t.

Backorders:

If products have been backordered or becomes unavailable for an undeterminant amount of time we may cancel and refund the order. When the product/s become available, the price may have changed. The original purchase price is not guarenteed.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your purchased item for another item on our website, place a new order online, and then request an RA number for the item you are returning.

Free Ground:
Orders over $99 ship free within the lower 48 states in the USA via FedEx Ground. 
Free shipping promotions do not apply to International Orders or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Shipping:
Shipping costs are calculated at check out, Glory Cycles makes every effort to calculate a fair rate for product shipping including handling and packaging, if you feel your order has been incorrectly calculated proceed with the check out and make a comment in the comments box "shipping Inquiry" such orders will not be processed until the shipping has been investigated and confirmed with customer.
We offer shipping via FedEx, UPS and USPS (specialty carriers by request)

International Shipping:
Glory Cycles ships worldwide - Mostly we use USPS Global Priority. Larger items like Bikes or wheels are best shipped with FedEx International. Bikes and wheels are often expensive to ship because of dimansional weight but we cap the cost at $290 in such cases.

Rates calculated at check out are an estimate and will be confirmed before order is shipped. For more shipping details please contact us before ordering. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we urge our international customers to contact their local customs office for further information.

Pricing Policy:
In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on our web site may not be available in our store. The prices displayed on our web site may not be the same as prices in our store.

Warranties:
In the case of a warranty shipping charges are not covered by the manufacturers and are billed to the customer. We will find you the best rate possible but are not responsible for shipping costs for warranty items.

Warranty items are different to "normal returns" in that we are a third party to the warranty transaction between our customers and the product´s manufacturer. Rest assured, we do our best to resolve all warranty issues as quickly and cost effectively for our customers as possible. We are always on your side and do our best to keep you happy with all your purchases from Glory. We stand behind our products and our customers!
